Westminster Under Online fully open

In line with Government advice, Westminster Under School remains physically closed. However, from the Easter break onwards, we have moved to a full online school for all boys.

Academic lessons take place by video conferencing with boys submitting their work, and having it marked, electronically. The curriculum the boys are taught includes their usual lessons such as Music, Sport and Art. There is a virtual church assembly each week and extra-curricular activities, such as lunchtime lectures, choir practice, music ensembles and debating society continue, as do after-school activities such as Karate, film-making, chess and LAMDA. The school’s pastoral activities also continue: from a virtual handshake every morning with senior members to keep in touch with the boys to weekly challenges to foster a sense of community involvement. Regardless of the circumstances our boys are still their usual bright, happy and sparkly selves.

Although we look forward to reopening school when the time is right we are also confident that the boys continue to learn, engage in lessons and make good progress in all areas of their development.

Find out when your child is able to join the School using the personalised age checker and timeline.
