Whilst we encourage the boys to excel in their studies, we aim to produce well-rounded young men who are respectful of each other and aware of their responsibilities in an increasingly challenging world.
The form teacher takes special responsibility for the welfare of the boys in his or her form and is the main channel of communication between school and parents. Any concerns should be discussed with the form teacher in the first instance, either in person, by telephone or letter, and appointments can be made to see form teachers by leaving a message with one of the secretaries in the school office.
There is a strong support network at the Under School, including our Counsellor, Study Skills Co-ordinator, the Heads of Year, the Deputy Head and the Master, but all members of staff are willing to meet with parents if a problem needs to be discussed. We are all working together to ensure that your son’s time at school is happy and rewarding.
